When I thought about this event, I had the intention of creating an experience that felt like childhood. Hosting community events in NC has been a dream of mine. Being able to live in the reality of a dream is surreal! As with any event, our Out of Office day at Carowinds was not without its challenges. Mother Nature decided to throw a curveball with unexpected rainfall in the middle of the day, causing a slight delay in our plans. However, our dedicated team swiftly adapted, ensuring that the delays were minimal and the excitement remained intact. The perseverance and quick thinking of not only our team but our attendees were truly shone through, reaffirming our belief in community.
Before the rain clouds appeared, the real magic began. With the sky clearing up and the sun shining bright, Carowinds transformed into a hub of adventure and joy. Attendees from various walks of life gathered, sharing their enthusiasm for roller coasters, live entertainment, and the thrill of the moment. Laughter filled the air as friends and families took on exhilarating rides together, creating lasting bonds and unforgettable experiences. From heart-pounding drops to spinning sensations, Carowinds provided an adrenaline rush like no other.

The amusement park grade culinary delights offered at the park's various eateries satisfied every craving, from indulgent funnel cakes to satisfying savory dishes from Panda Express and street corn. The genuine camaraderie and shared enthusiasm among attendees fostered a sense of belonging and community throughout the day, making it a truly remarkable experience.
